Refund and Returns Policy

At Get Lasered, most products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom Products

Custom engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom photos
  • Personalized text
  • Customer-supplied artwork
  • Custom designs
  • Any item created specifically for a customer

Please review all uploaded files, text, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Customer Satisfaction

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us before leaving a review or opening a dispute. While custom items are generally non-refundable, we will do our best to work with you and find a reasonable solution whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production or engraving has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
